1. Courses
Indeo regularly publishes lists of the available IBM Lotus courses and training materials at its website www.indeo.fi/training. The courses are arranged primarily on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 9.00-16.00 unless otherwise notified by Indeo.
2. Prices and terms of payment
The fees mentioned at the website may change. The fees are without VAT (23%) and Indeo does not cover travel or accommodation expenses to the customer. Indeo’s Early Bird fee is valid from course publishing to 30 days prior the start of the course date and entitles the customer to 5% discount. Course prices are displayed with the discount when it is applicable. Indeo holds the right to change course prices, dates and content.
3. Cancellations
The customer may cancel participation in a general course at any time prior to the planned start date of the course. If the cancellation takes place later than two weeks prior to the planned commencement day of an open course Indeo will charge 50% of the total course fee. If the customer does not cancel his or her participation into the open course at least one calendar week prior to the commencement day of the course, Indeo will charge the entire course fee (100%). A person who is prevented from attending a course may be replaced by another person free of charge by notifying Indeo in advance. Indeo may add or cancel courses or educational materials. In case of cancellation Indeo will refund the customer course fees.
